Use daily for maximum benefit. Directions for Use: For Daily Maintenance: 2-3 Years: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily. 4-12 Years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) daily. For Intensive Use: 2-3 Years: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) four times daily. 4-12 Years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) four times daily. If desired, mix syrup in water, fruit juice, smoothies, yogurt, or most anything!
